About

Description

An attempt to add a way to generate lava in Minecraft. Powered by Fabric.

Mechanics

This mod allows you to create 1 Bucket of Lava with only 4 Obsidian and 16 Blaze Powder. Simply put the Obsidian and Blaze Powder in a Cauldron and it will slowly convert into Lava. Then you can take it out with and empty Bucket.

The amount of Obsidian and Blaze Powder can be configured either in the config file or via ModMenu mod. Additionaly you are able to change** which items can be put** into the Crucible also in the config file or through ModMenu.

The Cauldron itself will convert into a Crucible after putting an Obsidian into it. Breaking it will drop a Cauldron.

You can also put Lava and other heat sources next to and under the Cauldron for better results. The upper limit is 5 heat producing blocks (when it is above Cauldron it does not count). The list of blocks is - lava, fire, campfires, torches and lanterns (in 1.16 soul versions also count).

I wanted to make this mod specifically for making lava obtainable in vanilla skyblock gameplay.

Very simple.
