Automatically generates skill requirements for the mod rereskillable:

Currently automatic values are implemented for defense and attack:
Attack: aln(x+b)+c
Defense: aln(x+b)+c
a = 14
b = -3
c = -5
Automatic level requirements will not apply based on enchantments or any other modifications, just the basic values of the item so numbers in game may not appear correct.
All automatically generated values can be overridden using the rereskillable config.
