Resolve Minecraft Bridge connects your Paper, Folia, or Fabric server to the Resolve Support System, giving players a seamless way to request help without needing to leave the game.
What It Does
The bridge securely connects your Minecraft server to your existing Resolve setup using a generated API key. Once configured, your server can communicate directly with Resolve and provide an easier support experience for both players and staff.

Basic Setup
- Download the correct file for your server platform.
- Upload it to your server's
pluginsormodsfolder. - Restart the Minecraft server to generate the configuration file.
- Open the Minecraft Bridge section of your Resolve web panel.
- Select your Minecraft server name.
- Generate an API key and copy it into the bridge configuration.
- Complete the remaining configuration options and start using Resolve in-game.
[!CAUTION] Your API key is displayed only once when generated. If it is lost or forgotten, you must generate a new one.
Requirements
- A Minecraft server running a supported Paper, Folia, or Fabric version
- A configured Resolve Support System server
- A Minecraft server entry created in the Resolve web panel
- A valid Resolve Minecraft Bridge API key
