There are many Multiblock Rituals to optain these new Weapons Armor with special Effect and a Flight Ring.

Zircone Gem:

Diamond Armor Part + Zircone Block = Zircone Armor Part

Kyanite Gem:

Diamond Armor Part + Kyanite Block = Kyanite Armor Part

Zircone Helmet + Upgrade Modifier + Bread = Autofeeding Helmet

Zircone Chest + Upgrade Modifier + Blazerod = Strenght Chestplate

Zircone Leggins + Upgrade Modifier + Ghasttear = Regeneration Leggins

Zircone Boots + Upgrade Modifier + Sugar = Speed Boots

Kyanite Gem:

Kyanite Boots + Upgrade Modifier + Rabbit Feet = Jumppower Boots

Kyanite Leggins + Upgrade Modifier + Golden Apple = Resistance Leggins

Kyanite Chest + Upgrade Modifier + Diamond = Absorbtion Chest (4 extra Hearts)

Kyanite Helmet + Upgrade Modifier + Golden Carrot = Nightvision Boots

First Ritual

The First Ritual ist very easy: just place a "mossy diamond  block" on the bedrock  and let it see the sky.

Then surround it with "chiseled stonebricks", you will get a "Ritual Stone".

When in the Craftingtable you will get 9 "Ritual Nuggets" out of one "Ritual Stone"

Second Ritual

Place a "goldblock" on the ground than surround it with 8 "goldores".

Now break the "Goldblock" with the "Mystic Wand".

You will receive 8 "Mystical Ores" and one "pure gold essence"

Break the "Mystical Ore" to get "Magical Gems"

Get Magical Essence

You need: 8 "Mystical Ores", 1 "Hopper", 1 "Essence Pump", 1 "Magical Block"

After building the Multiblock structure one magicalessence will be placed inside the Hopper every 5 Seconds.
