RSB Gantries And Stuff Reworked!

This Mod adds realistic gantries seen on overhead and highway signs. The Traffic Control Mod by CSX8600 adds signs to Minecraft. So I decided to make Gantries to make the signs look like realistic overhead signs. There are different types of blocks. All These blocks are also going to be illustrated in images. 1) Gantry Side Support. This Block Is placed on the sides so it provides support to the sign.  2) Gantry Support. This Block Holds the sign with 2 rods extending outwards. 3) Gantry Holder. This Block is the same as Gantry Support, the only thing thats different is that there is no extending rods. 4) Gantry With Light. This Block is like the Gantry Support, but this block adds lights to it so the sign can appear at night. This is just the first version but expect more versions later on that adds more unique gantries!
