Foods cooked heal the same amount of hunger as they heal health in Runescape. Lobster 12 hitpoints, translate to 6 meat sticks.
Fish are caught on a rarity scale based on how much they heal.
Anglerfish, Dark Crab, and Manta Ray all heal 22 points, hence, they can heal more than vanilla max hunger.
