Rusted Rebirth Showcase <--- showcase video! Also has a tutorial on how to actually craft the weapons!
This is my first minecraft mod, so take that as you will... Anyway i created this mod specifically for a modpack i was making some time ago, that project has since ended however ive continued working on this in my free time. I now think that the mod is maybe ready for the public, hopefully...
The mod is centered around salvaging scrap metal and recycling it into new equipment, the mod currently features:
- Scrap metal blocks that can be mined for resources
- a suite of scrap and reclaimed metal armors and tools
- a number of blocks to make recycling and processing materials easier/quicker
- 14 new ranged weapons with modded varients each with their own animated models
- 3 explosives
- 3 mobs, 1 ranged two melee
- a wasteland dimension "still a work in progress"
- Many different structures and features
- and much more!
In the future i would love to remake this mod from scratch by coding it in its entirety, however for now ill keep working on it with mcreator!

Salvaged Tool Crafting Crafting a salvaged tool is simple and can be done without a crafting table. Survivors only need to craft a salvaged tool kit, select the tool they want, and then just hold right click till the tool is done! -
Scrap and Reclaimed Metal Tools -
Canning Bench The canning bench allows a survivor to can their own food! This canned food grants buffs but requires water, power, tin cans and tin plates to craft! -
Ranged Raider Unarmored, feeble, and trigger happy! These raiders are equipped with pneumatic bolt guns, and trust me, they arent afraid to use them. -
Armored Raider Clad in scrap metal armor these dangerous psychopaths lurk across the wasteland biome on the prowl for any hapless travelers they can loot! -
Scrap Zombie A zombie with scrap embedded in its rotten flesh and two sharp blades strapped to its stumpy arms. Fast and deadly these uncommon monsters lurk the wasteland biome -
Ranged Weapons All of the ranged weapons added by the mod -
Scrap dirt, sand, and rebar blocks These blocks can be mined to obtain scrap metal

The Rad Beast A terrifying abomination evolved and adapted to survive the wasteland. Some brave, or foolish travelers are known to tame these deadly beasts -

Scrap Blocks These blocks can be mined to obtain scrap metal! -
