Description

Saros Player Ragdoll turns death into a real, physics-driven ragdoll moment. When a player takes lethal damage they collapse into a fully simulated ragdoll instead of just dropping dead — they flop, tumble, slide down stairs and pile up realistically.
From 1.20.1 the mod is fully standalone — it ships with its own Bullet physics engine and its own UI, so no DynamX and no ACsGuis are required. (Older 1.12.2 builds use the DynamX mod for physics.)

Real ragdoll physics 🧍
- On lethal damage you become a fully simulated ragdoll — with knockback coming from the direction you were hit.
- Ragdolls collide with the terrain, with blocks, and with players, and they settle naturally on stairs, slabs and slopes.
- Mine the block underneath a ragdoll and it falls; blow it up and it gets flung away (it is not deleted by explosions).
Grab & lift ✋
- Hold a key (default V) and look at a ragdoll to grab a limb and drag it around — the rest of the body follows. Rebindable in the controls.
Revive & respawn ❤️
- A clean, modern death screen lets you revive or respawn (with a configurable timer).
- Players can also be revived by right-clicking them while holding the First-Aid Kit.
Two physics feels ⚙️
smooth(calm, settles naturally) orfloppy(raw and loose) — switch it in the config.
Commands 💻
- /saros_spawn_ragdoll [player] — drop a ragdoll showing that player's skin at your location.
- /saros_spawn_ragdoll death [player] — put a player into the (invisible) ragdoll/death state.
- /saros_spawn_ragdoll kill — remove all ragdolls.
- /revive [player] — heal and restore a player.
- /respawn [player] — drop items (per config) and respawn.
- /instantragdoll <player|all> <on|off> — toggle ragdoll-on-hit.

Legacy — 1.12.2 (DynamX edition)
The original 1.12.2 build uses the DynamX Mod for its physics. When you have too few hearts you are automatically placed into DynamX's ragdoll mode, which restricts your movement and actions.
Features: ragdoll on low health · /revive [player], /respawn [player], /instantragdoll (toggle) · revive by right-clicking a downed player (a First-Aid Kit is required from Beta 2.1) · death GUI (from Beta 1.9) · customizable config · a vehicle-damage system where players take speed-scaled damage when hit by DynamX vehicles (configurable min/max).
