Fixes Bountiful Baubles's Shields losing extra durability and other mods breaking their Elytra-like break protection

  • Fixes Bauble Shields not being treated as Vanilla Shields
  • Fixes Bauble Shields rapidly losing durability while blocking damage from a lingering hitbox
  • Fixes other mods being able to destroy Bauble Shields and ignore the "unusable" 0 durability state, similar to how the Elytra never break with usage.
  • Adds a unique texture to Broken Cobalt, Obsidian, and Ankh shields
