SBW Drone Hijack Command API

Drone Hijack Command API is a small integration addon for Superb Warfare that exposes drone control through simple server commands.

It is primarily designed for datapack creators, modpack developers and Palladium addon developers who want to integrate Superb Warfare drones into custom abilities, roleplay systems or other command based mechanics.

Features

/hijack drone
Takes control of the Superb Warfare drone currently targeted by the player and switches the player's view to the drone using Superb Warfare's existing drone control system.

/hijack stop
Ends the current remote control session and returns control to the player.

The connection is also automatically terminated if the controlled drone is no longer available.

Why does this addon exist?

Superb Warfare already provides a complete drone system, but using it from custom datapacks and Palladium abilities can be difficult.

This addon provides a lightweight command interface so other systems can trigger drone control without replacing or modifying Superb Warfare's original drone mechanics.

For example, a Palladium ability can execute /hijack drone, allowing creators to build cyberware, remote control abilities, hacking mechanics and other custom systems around Superb Warfare drones.

Requirements

Minecraft: 1.20.1
Loader: Forge
Requires: Superb Warfare

Palladium is not required. It is only one of the systems this addon can be used with.

This is an unofficial addon and is not affiliated with the developers of Superb Warfare.

The addon does not replace Superb Warfare's drone system. It provides a command based interface for interacting with it.
