SCP-153-D | The Impaler's Thumb

SCP-153-D is an old finger, lost among rubbish, said to have belonged to an ancient ruler. Anyone who handles it will become animalistic and territorial.

Anyone coming into physical contact with SCP-153-D will become extremely territorial and aggressive towards anyone from outside its territory.

The owner of SCP-153-D will recognize their spawn point or sleeping location as their "territory".

Any entity whose own spawn point or sleeping location is more than 200 blocks away from the owner’s territory will be attacked on sight and automatically by the owner, as long as they are holding The Impaler’s Thumb.

There is also a chance that the owner of SCP-153-D will express angry thoughts or phrases in chat or in the action bar.

Any entity that comes into contact with SCP-153-D will enter a territorial state, becoming highly defensive and periodically expressing patriotic or possessive sentiments.

Any player who has SCP-153-D in their inventory will become extremely possessive and attached to it. As a result, they will be unable to drop the item.

The player may also express their refusal or dissatisfaction through messages.

If someone wants to take SCP-153-D from another player, they must wait until the owner is holding it in their hand. While the item is being held, another player can right-click the owner with an empty hand to steal it.

SCP-153-D can be placed by right-clicking on a block.
It can be picked up again by right-clicking on the placed finger.

The Impaler's Thumb is compatible with every mod.

SCP-153-D Wrapped in Flax Cloth

SCP-153-D is first found wrapped in flax.

While wrapped in flax, SCP-153-D has no effects on the player holding it or carrying it in their inventory, allowing it to be moved safely.

Placing the flax-wrapped SCP-153-D on a block and right-clicking it will remove the flax.

Antique Flax Cloth

The Antique Flax Cloth is given to the player when the flax is removed from a SCP-153-D In Flax.

Shift + Right-clicking a placed SCP-153-D on the ground with the Antique Flax Cloth will rewrap it in flax.

The Antique Flax Cloth can also be found in Garbage Treasure.

Garbage & Garbage Treasure

In the structure, players may encounter Garbage and Garbage Treasure blocks.

At first glance, they look identical. Right-clicking allows you to inspect these piles of trash.

Garbage will never yield any items.

Garbage Treasure can be searched up to three times, with a chance to find various items, ranging from less useful items like dyes or bones to more valuable items like golden apples. After the third search, the Garbage Treasure block is destroyed.

Pitch Black Ash & Other Versions

Various types of Pitch Black Ash are another block that can be found in the structure.

The Pitch Black Ash is the result of incinerations and hydraulic presses, and they may contain important remnants.

As noted in the Trash Document, Dr. Kondraki threw SCP-153-D into the garbage, where it eventually ended up in a pile of ash.

Breaking the different Pitch Black Ash blocks will yield essential SCP items.

At first glance, all versions look identical, but:

Pitch Black Ash (Base) will drop nothing.

Pitch Black Ash with Label will drop the SCP-153-D label.

Pitch Black Ash with Document will drop the SCP-153-D descriptive document.

Pitch Black Ash with SCP-153-D will drop SCP-153-D wrapped in flax.

SCP-153-D Containment Chamber

SCP-153-D can only be found inside the SCP-153-D Containment Chamber/Cell.

 Landfill Center of the Foundation

The structure spawns in any Overworld biome at surface level and is rare.

SCP-153-D Documents & SCP-153-D Label

The SCP-153-D documentation can be found inside the SCP-153-D Containment Chamber together with the pitch black ash block versions and the two garbages blocks.

The documents are readable, while the label provides information about the SCP’s classification and risk level.

The Trash Document describes how SCP-153-D was lost in the garbage.

As mentioned earlier, the label and document must be found among the Pitch Black Ash blocks.
