About

Description

Adds a recipe to craft custom spell scrolls!

To craft a spell scroll you need a sheet of paper, book or a book and quill.

Then you add an ink of choice.

You also add an arrow or spectral arrow for the projectile.

Lastly you can add Sugar, Gunpowder and Glowstone to your other hand to add modifiers to your spell!

Crouch to burn your scroll for extra stat points in exchange for durability!

When using a spellscroll you can put a piece of lapis, a gold ingot, redstone, a slimeball or an amethyst shard in the other hand to add an extra effect to your scroll! This will consume the item though so be carefull when using them.

  • Stats explained:

Each spell scroll has the following attributes:

ammo: indicates the amount of projectiles you launch similair to the multishot enchantment.

speed: shows how fast your projectiles get launched (base projectile speed of 1)

damage: how much extra damage your projectiles deal (base damage of 1)

durability: amount of uses a scroll has

( durability = ink durability * paper durability )

  • Ingredient effects:

Gunpowder: Increases projectile damage by 1

Glowstone: Increases Projectile damage by 2

Sugar: Increases Projectile speed by 1

Arrow: Adds 1 projectile to the spell

Spectral arrow: Adds 2 projectiles to the spell

Ink: adds 1 ink durability

Glowing ink: adds 2 ink durability

Paper: Adds 1 paper durability

Book: Adds 2 paper durability

Book and quill: Adds 4 paper durability

  • Second hand effects:

Lapis: +2 damage, +1 speed

Gold ingot: heals 4 hp

Redstone: +5 damage, 4 magic damage taken by user

Slime ball: 1/2 x ammo, 2 x damage

Amethyst shard: +4 damage, -1 speed

  • Burning a scroll:

consumes the entire scroll and adds the amount of times you can multiply it by 2 amount to the damage, speed and ammo. 2 durability means +1 to all stats on cast, 4 durability means +2 to all stats on cast, 8 durability means +3 to all stats on cast

This will only work when crouching and on full durability! This will consume the entire scroll!!!
