The wild seiji wants to find a mate, so you need to tame him. Get a ram stick to tame him. Ram sticks can be traded with certain villigers for the low low price of 50 emeralds (ram shortage). You can also get ram by mining the ram ore with a diomand pickaxe. You may want more ram, so you should go to the ram dimension. You must put 9 rams together to make a ram block which is your portal frame. You can craft a ram and steel with one ram stick and one steel. You can now also craft ram with tnt, cobwebs, and a furnace. Also, you cancraft a seijiblock with 9 seijimeats.
