Sensible Stones

Sensible Stones is a vanilla-friendly utility datapack that cleans up stone crafting recipes to make building and survival exploration much more enjoyable. By introducing logical, overworld-friendly recipes for Diorite, Andesite, and Granite, this pack removes the frustration of gathering tedious materials and lets you focus on creating.

Key Features

- Balanced Stone Recipes: No longer do you need quartz to make your stone blocks. Use material thats already available to you!

- Mud-to-Clay Smelting: Bake Mud Blocks in a furnace or blast furnace to dry them out into Clay Blocks. Faster than waiting for them to dry with dripstone!

- Clay-to-Terracotta Blasting: Bake your Clay Blocks inside a Blast Furnace to quickly aquire Terracotta.

- Seamless Crafting Loops: Use your newly smelted clay blocks to craft Andesite, or bake that clay into Terracotta to fuel your Granite production.

New Crafting Recipes

Every recipe is designed to be accessible early in the game and outputs 2 blocks to keep your building inventory stocked:
