Description
Super Factory Manager Optimizer An unofficial, server-friendly add-on for Super Factory Manager (SFM) 4.34.0+ — Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge.
Do you run large SFM factories that lag on every redstone pulse? This mod is for you.
SFM is a powerful logistics mod, but on big setups the built-in ROUND ROBIN mode can be a major source of tick lag. This add-on completely rewrites how that distribution is executed — without changing your programs, labels, cables, or inventories.
What it does
- ROUND ROBIN → Instant Even Split
The original mode "rotates" one destination per tick and probes every pair over and over. Now, items / fluids / energy / gases are split mathematically across all destinations in a single tick (base = total ÷ n, with the remainder spread to the first few targets), so the whole distribution completes instantly instead of stuttering across many ticks. 2. Smart Sleep & Slot Memory
Full destinations and empty sources temporarily "sleep" for a configurable cooldown, so the network stops re-checking slots that can't move anything. The network remembers the last slot it successfully used, avoiding a full rescan of huge inventories every tick. 3. Faster default (non-round-robin) paths
Ordinary OUTPUT statements keep their original greedy behavior, but redundant simulated insertions are skipped and slot scanning is reduced. What does NOT change SFML programs, syntax, manager GUI, disks, labels — all unchanged. Round robin semantics are intentionally different: instead of one destination per tick, all targets now receive their share every tick. Recipes like output 10 to each ... keep working as before; you may see machines fill more evenly and faster. If you prefer the original behavior, disable enableEvenSplit in the server config (sfm-optimizer-server.toml). Configuration (server config) enableEvenSplit (default true) — master switch for even-split distribution. sleepCooldownTicks (default 20) — how many ticks a full/empty slot sleeps before re-checking. enableSlotMemory (default true) — remember last successful slot to reduce rescanning. Requirements & compatibility Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge 47.4+, Super Factory Manager 4.34.0 (older 4.x may work; tested against 4.34.0). Client and server. Licensed under GPLv3.
像 output 10 to each ...
