Hi! I'm an Italian creator and I made this project to bring the authentic flavors, street food, and culinary traditions of Sicily into Minecraft!

What Sicilian Culture adds to your world:

🔥 THE PALERMITAN DEEP FRYER (Friggitrice Palermitana)
A custom cooking station with a Sicilian-styled GUI, animated burner flame, and boiling oil bubbles!
To use the fryer, find wild Sunflowers in the world, harvest Sunflower Seeds, and craft a bottle of Sunflower Seed Oil. Each bottle fills the fryer's tank for 16 frying operations!

🧆 TRADITIONAL SICILIAN STREET FOOD & DISHES
• Arancina: The most famous Sicilian street food! A golden deep-fried rice ball stuffed with meat and saffron.
• Panino con la Milza (Pani câ Meusa): Palermo's iconic sesame sandwich stuffed with cooked spleen (dropped by cows). Available in both "Schietto" (simple with lemon) and "Maritatu" (topped with fresh sheep Ricotta!).
• Panelle & Crocchè: Crispy chickpea flour fritters (Panelle) and potato croquettes (Crocchè). Enjoy them alone or inside a traditional Panino con Panelle e Crocchè!
• Sfincione Palermitano: A thick, soft square slice of Sicilian pizza topped with tomato sauce, caramelized onions, melted caciocavallo cheese, breadcrumbs, and oregano.
• Gateau di Patate: A traditional baked potato pie with meat and melted cheese, served in a small white ceramic baking dish.
• Patatine Fritte: Crispy golden French fries cooked in boiling sunflower oil.

🍰 SICILIAN PASTRY (Pasticceria Siciliana)
• Cannolo Siciliano: Fry the raw cannolo shell in the Deep Fryer and fill it with sweet sheep Ricotta, chocolate chips, and candied orange peel!
• Cassata Siciliana (2D & Placeable 3D Cake!): A traditional Sicilian cake made with sponge cake, sweet ricotta cream, green marzipan border, white sugar glaze, and candied fruits. It shows a 2D icon in your inventory, and when placed on a block it turns into a custom 3D model with 3D candied fruit reliefs that can be eaten slice by slice (7 slices)!

🌻 NEW CROPS & INGREDIENTS
• Natural 2-block-tall Sicilian Sunflowers, Sunflower Seeds, Sunflower Seed Oil, Chickpea Flour (Farina di Ceci), and Sheep Ricotta.
• Detailed 32x32 pixel-art textures for all items and blocks.

I created this mod to share and spread Sicilian culture with the Minecraft community.
