Never lose an Ender Chest again.

This is a straightforward, vanilla-friendly datapack that updates the vanilla loot table for Ender Chests. Instead of shattering into 8 obsidian when mined normally, the chest will always drop as long as you use a pickaxe.

  • Server-Friendly: A lightweight, drop-in tweak that works flawlessly for both solo play and multiplayer SMPs.

Installation: Simply drop the .zip file into your world's datapacks folder and run /reload in-game or restart your server!
