Description

A simple mod that adds a craftable amethyst apple. The amethyst apple will give the player Haste I for 2 minutes and Speed II for 5 seconds.

The mod comes as a solution for players that want the Haste effect without needing a beacon. However, the effect is weaker and the duration is not very long. This helps to ensure that beacons are still the better option for those that have built it.

The amethyst apple is crafted with an apple surrounded by 8 amethyst shards in a crafting table. It can also be found in mineshaft chests.
