Simple Flight Ring

A small Minecraft mod that adds flight rings: wear one and you fly like in Creative mode — no elytra, no rockets. Double-tap Space to take off, hold Space to go up, Shift to go down.

Supported versions: Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge) and Minecraft 26.1.2 (NeoForge).

Features

• 💍 Six tiers of rings — Wood, Stone, Iron, Gold, Diamond and Netherite, each with its own flight time. Durability only drains while you actually fly, and upgrading a ring keeps its enchantments, name and lore.
• 💜 Indestructible Core — forge any ring with it and that ring never runs out of flight again.
• ⚡ Two special rings — Stable and Powered, each with enchantments of its own built in.
• 🗝️ Eight relic rings — they have no recipe at all: only their damaged form can be found (deep in structures, or bought from a librarian). Getting one back into shape is a little adventure of its own, and each finished ring carries a unique ability.
• 🌀 Special abilities — all eight relic rings have their own: a warden's sonic boom, a miner's blast, an evoker's fangs, the flame lord's soul fire, the warp nexus' blink and more. The rings with an active ability fire it with the ability key (V by default, rebindable).
• 🟣 Enchantments — Flight Stability, Rocket Boost, Arcane Amplification and Energy Burst.
• 🖥️ HUD — flight time countdown and an energy bar, both positionable in config/simpleflightring-client.toml (Cloth Config gives you an in-game screen).
