About
Description
Simple Graves
When a player dies, nearby fresh item drops are captured, frozen above a grave marker, protected from pickup/despawn, and linked to that player. The owner reclaims items by breaking the grave block. If another player breaks it, the block restores and they get an ownership message.

- Owner-locked graves for multiplayer
- Break grave block to reclaim items
- Grave block restores after explosions instead of auto-claiming
/trigger grc_latestshows latest grave coordinates/trigger grc_listlists active graves- Admin bypass functions for trusted recovery helpers
Notes
This datapack protects real dropped item entities after death. Common deaths such as fall, mobs, drowning, and normal combat are reliable when drops survive long enough to be captured.
Lava, explosions, and void deaths are best-effort because Minecraft can destroy item entities before a datapack can protect them.
