Simple Passive Totem automatically activates the Totem of Undying effect whenever your health reaches 0. No need to hold a totem, no need to keep one in your inventory — just install and you're protected.

Toggle Command Use /passive totem true or /passive totem false to enable or disable the effect for yourself. Run /passive totem with no arguments to check your current status. Per-player toggle, works in multiplayer too. -
Totem Effect Triggered When your health hits zero, the mod instantly saves you — totem particles burst around your character and the totem sound plays, just like a real Totem of Undying. No totem in hand, no totem in inventory. Just survival. -
Side Effects After Save Every save comes with a cost. After being rescued, you'll receive Darkness (1 second) and Hunger (2 seconds) as a penalty — visible on your HUD. Fair trade for cheating death. -
Works in Hardcore Mode Yes, it works in Hardcore. The passive totem triggers even when the game would normally end your world. Those iconic red Hardcore hearts? They won't save you — but this mod will.
