Description

This Datapack adds a simple Timer in the Actionbar (over the Hotbar) which tracks your ingame time! It can be paused, edited, and reset. Unfortunately it can NOT be recolored without editing the code!

more features

  • enables a health display for each player (below nametag)
  • enables a Death Counter (next to player name in tab list)
  • automatically creates a team for you with the color pink

The main difference between this and my Simple Playtime Datapack is that the Timer Datapack can be paused and is the same for all players!

How to use this Datapack Right after the datapack loads, a chat message will pop up allowing you to start, pause or reset the Timer.

Alternatively, you can type '/trigger timer_trigger set 2' to start, '/trigger timer_trigger set 1' to pause, or '/trigger timer_trigger set 3' to reset.

Also if you're an OP, you can edit the Timer using '/scoreboard players add/set tick/sec/min/hour/day timer_timer '.

How to install this Datapack Once downloaded, the pack will be in your 'downloads folder or 'datapacks' folder in your instance. Copy the .zip file.

If you're creating a new world, just go to 'More', click 'Data Packs', hit 'Open Pack Folder', and paste it in.

For an existing world, head to your instance folder, go to saves -> -> datapacks, and drop it in.

New worlds will load it automatically.

If it's an existing world, you have to run '/datapack enable SammyGHG's Timer V...' in-game.
