Simple Timer/Stopwatch

A lightweight, fully customizeable timer and stopwatch for your HUD. Great for speedruns, cooking IRL, workout intervals, boss timers, challenges, or just keeping track of time without alt tabbing.

Features

Timer or Stopwatch

Count down from a duration you set, or count up like a stopwatch. Switch modes any time from the settings screen

Simple controls

  • Start/stop with configurable keybind (default is R)
  • Start/stop, Reset, and Settings buttons built into the pause menu, so there's nothing to memorize

Color coded countdown

The timer's text changes color as time runs low (default is white, then yellow, then red) with two adjustable thresholds and a full hue/saturation color wheel plus a hex code box, so you can set the exact colors you want.

Drag and drop positioning

Click and drag the timer text (and the end of timer popup) anywhere on screen. What you see while dragging is exactly what you'll see in game.

Custom end sound

Rings a bell by default. Pick your own '.wav' file to play instead, and set the volume up to 200% for extra emphasis.

End of timer popup

Show custom text and/or custom image in the middle of the screen when the timer finishes. Independently toggle text and image, resize either one, set how long the popup stays up, and drag it to wherever you want.

100% client side

No server side installation needed. Works the same in singleplayer and on any multiplayer server.

Getting started

  1. Install the mod
  2. Press your start/stop keybind (default R), or open the pause menu (Esc) and use the Start/Stop button
  3. Open Esc -> Timer Settings to configure duration, position, colors, sound, and the end of timer popup.
