SIMPLY EMERALD TOOLS
There are many mods that add Emerald tools, it is one of the most popular things for mods to add and have always been. But most mods that I find, at least for the newer versions of Minecraft, are main mods, meaning that they are not made to be a side dish on a bigger modpack but instead try to be the modpack in a single mod. In other words, they not only add Emerald gear, but they add Emerald dimensions, mobs, hammers, geodes, an Emerald elytra. etc. I think that we lack a mod that simply adds Emerald tools and Emerald armor, without cluttering your modpack with unecessary features that might not be used by anyone who uses the modpack or might ruin the experience. This mod is perfect for extensive modpacks or for a modded minecraft feel that doesn't take too much away from the core vanilla game.
