Core Features

Dyeable Backpacks

Color your backpack using standard Minecraft dyes. The inventory UI and screen chrome pick up your chosen custom color.

Side Panel UI

Opening any standard container screen (chests, furnaces, barrel) automatically displays a convenient side panel tab for direct access to your backpack inventory.

Durability & Capacity Bar

A built-in visual indicator shows how full your backpack storage currently is.

Radial Tool Wheel

Hold <kbd>Left Alt</kbd> to bring up an intuitive radial menu and instantly draw tools from your backpack rack.

Wall Hooks

Place a Backpack Hook on any wall to store or display your pack without needing to empty it. <kbd>Sneak</kbd> + <kbd>Right-Click</kbd> opens the inventory while it remains mounted.

Model Alignment

Use the /rucksackmounts command to fine-tune and adjust how items sit on your player character or wall display hook.

Storage capacity and module sockets upgrade independently using a standard Smithing Table:

Frame Upgrades

• Wooden Frame: 2 Sockets

• Iron Frame: 4 Sockets

• Gold Frame: 6 Sockets

• Diamond Frame: 8 Sockets

• Netherite Lining: Applied with a Netherite Upgrade Template and Ingot on a diamond frame pack. Fire-proofs the pack and its contents while expanding maximum attachment sockets to 10.

A fully upgraded Netherite pack holds up to 10 attachments simultaneously:

Tool Rack & Smart-Swap Chip

• Tool Rack: Holds 5 essential tools (axe, pickaxe, shovel, hoe, sword/shears).
• Smart-Swap Chip: Upgrades the tool rack to automatically switch tools to match the block you are targeting.

Utility Pouches (Lunch Bag & Canteen Sleeve)

• Lunch Bag Pouch: Holds up to 4 food items for quick-eating (<kbd>H</kbd> key) or automated feeding.
• Canteen Sleeve: Holds 4 drinks for staying hydrated on long journeys.

Glider Harness

• Glider Harness: Mounts an Elytra to your backpack, allowing full flight capabilities while keeping your primary chestplate equipped.

Arrow Quiver & Lantern Hook

• Arrow Quiver: Holds surplus arrow ammunition.
• Lantern Hook: Hangs a lantern to illuminate your immediate surroundings hands-free.

Crafting & Smelting Modules

• Crafting Table Module: Access a full 3x3 crafting grid directly from your pack.
• Furnace Module: Integrated portable furnace for smelting ores and cooking meals on the go.

Other Integrations

• Dynamic Lights: Lanterns attached to the Lantern Hook emit active light while worn or hung on a wall hook when paired with a dynamic lighting mod (e.g., LambDynamicLights).
