About

Description

Dive into the chilling realism of cold climates with the Slow Cold Water mod! This mod introduces a "Cold" effect that activates when you enter water in biomes where snow can fall, greatly reducing your movement speed. Experience the immersive challenge of navigating frigid waters and feel your speed gradually return to normal once you leave.

Features:

  • Cold Effect: Receive a "Cold" effect for 3 seconds when entering water in biomes with temperatures below 0.15, simulating the impact of icy waters.
  • Reduced Water Speed: Significantly decreased movement speed while in cold water, adding a layer of realism and challenge to survival in colder biomes.
  • Gradual Speed Recovery: Watch your movement speed gradually return to normal after exiting the water, providing a realistic transition from cold to warmth.

Note: Slow Cold Water enhances your Minecraft experience by introducing realistic environmental challenges, perfect for players seeking a more immersive and challenging adventure in cold biomes.
