Description

Overview

Sandboxified Mojang Constellation Mobs is a (currently very small) collection of mobs that attempt to be flush with Mojang's design in a way that would make their addition to a vanilla playthrough look and feel relatively seamless. New monsters join the ranks of the Illagers and Monsters that belong in Minecraft's artstyle and bring with them novel abilities and interactions!

What's in the mod

Currently the only mobs implemented are:

  • The Reclaimed (formerly Jungle Zombie) a Zombie found in Jungle biomes covered in vines that poisons you
  • The Frostbitten (formerly Frozen Zombie), a Zombie found in very cold biomes, that throws slowing snowballs to close in for an attack!

The icy Frostbitten and vine-covered Reclaimed stand back-to-back.

To be added

Mojang's Constellation includes Minecraft Dungeons, Earth, and various concepts teased throughout the years through Mob Votes. Some planned Mobs, like the Bruiser (counterpart to Minecraft Dungeons' Royal Guard), are to be reimagined, renamed, and/or retextured to shed off the lore of their respective game and be welcomed into their new environment.
