Description

Important note: On a break!

Before you report issues or claim the mod to be dead, please read this. MCreator being buggy, unadapted and too limited for our creatures' design, we've decided to move off of it. Smeridian Bestiary however lacks a coder; therefore, this mod might not get updated for a little while, until a coder is found, or until someone in the team successfully learns Java coding. Thank you for your understanding :3

Have you ever wondered what could hide in the world around you?
In the depths, in the skies, or even in planes and dimensions that your eyes cannot peer through?

Adventurers and travelers of all kinds, welcome to:

This mod aims at adding mobs that may appear in the universe/lore of the Scarlet Crown server, but happen to sadly not be available in the vanilla game. Curious about what you're going to find in the mod? Craft the Old Bestiary (book + emerald in a crafting table) and begin your adventure! If you don't mind spoilers, you can also click on the list below to see overviews of the current existing mobs.

If you see that the contents are locked, don't panic. Progression is required to unlock information, and what you have to do is hinted in the mod's advancement tab!

Note: I'm very new to modding, so this mod may have a few bugs.
I'll do my best to correct them as I update it! If you encounter a bug, feel free to report it.

Current dependencies

The mod uses Patchouli in order for its guide book to function. It's highly recommended to have it when you play with Smeridian Bestiary, otherwise the guide book simply won't exist, depriving the player of important informations. It also uses Geckolib for various mob, block and item models/animations.
