Snipers and Spies

All items are currently available from the Creative inventory.

🎯 Sniper Rifle

A fully animated 3D bolt-action rifle.

• Hold right-click to aim through a 10× scope with a custom crosshair overlay.
• Left-click while aiming to fire. Each shot hits instantly along your line of sight, up to 128 blocks away, for 10 hearts of damage.
• 5-round magazine. Firing on empty reloads automatically, and sneak + right-click reloads at any time.
• Animated firing with recoil and a bullet ejecting from the chamber, plus an animated magazine reload.
• Realistic carry poses: a two-handed aiming stance, a “low ready” stance at rest, and a prone hold while crawling.

🔭 Thermal Binoculars

• Hold right-click to look through them at 6× zoom.
• Thermal vision: the world turns into cold shades of blue, and living creatures in your line of sight (up to 128 blocks) glow as solid reddish-orange heat shapes. Undead mobs show up icy white, because they’re cold.
• Camera-style view: a rounded frame with subtle TV static, scanlines and flicker, plus a blinking REC indicator, a rangefinder and a running time code.
• Players hold them up to their eyes with both hands.

🚁 Remote-Controlled Drone

• Right-click to launch it, and you instantly start flying it from its own camera.
• Controls: WASD to move, Space and Shift to climb and descend, the mouse to look, and V to return to your body. The return key can be changed in Controls.
• Your body stays exactly where you left it while you fly, and it’s still vulnerable. If you’re attacked, you snap back.
• 96-block signal range. The camera feed gets noisier near the edge, and a WEAK SIGNAL warning appears.
• 4 health points, with a solid hitbox. It can be shot down and drops back as an item when destroyed.
• Right-click it to fly it again, or sneak + right-click to pick it up. Only its owner can control or collect it.
• Spinning animated fans and a gentle hover.

🌿 Ghillie Suit

• Three pieces: a Ghillie Hood, Ghillie Jacket and Ghillie Trousers, with light, leather-like protection.
• Changes colour automatically to match the biome you’re in:
  • Green: forests, plains and jungles
  • Tan: deserts, badlands and beaches
  • White: snowy and icy biomes
  • Dark olive: swamps, dark forests and caves
  • Dark red: the Nether
• Worn over your own skin, and the hood leaves your face visible.

🧎 Crawling

• Press Left Ctrl to toggle a prone crawl, using Minecraft’s own crawling pose. You fit through one-block gaps and stay crawling if there’s no room to stand.
• Note: to avoid a key clash, the mod unbinds Sprint from Left Ctrl on first launch. You can still sprint by double-tapping W, or rebind Sprint in Controls.

⚙️ Requirements

• Minecraft 26.3
• Fabric Loader 0.20.1 or newer
• Fabric API (required)
• GeckoLib 5.5.6 or newer (required)
• Java 25

Install on both the client and the server. The mod has features on both sides, and it works in singleplayer and multiplayer.

ℹ️ Notes

• The binoculars’ blue thermal colouring uses a vanilla-style post-processing effect. It may not display correctly alongside shader mods.
• No crafting recipes yet. All items are in the Creative tabs (Combat, and Tools & Utilities).
