Somake Door Compat

Somake Door Compat is a lightweight compatibility mod for Minecraft 1.21.1 NeoForge that makes Somake Doors work correctly with Sable.

Sable's physics and collision system can interfere with special door blocks. Somake Door Compat prevents these problematic physics collision checks while allowing Somake Doors to retain its original behavior.

What does it do?

Somake Door Compat specifically guards the problematic Sable/Rapier collision handling for Somake Doors blocks.

The mod does not replace or modify the original:

• Door models or textures
• Animations
• Sounds or sound timing
• Opening and closing behavior
• Block entities
• Door interaction logic

Somake Doors remains fully responsible for how its doors look, sound, animate and operate. This compatibility mod only handles the conflict with Sable's physics system.

Requirements

Minecraft: 1.21.1
Mod Loader: NeoForge
Environment: Client + Server

Required mods:

• Sable 2.0.3
• Somake Doors 1.0.0

Both the client and server should have the required mods installed.

Stable Release

Version 1.0.0 is the first stable public release of Somake Door Compat.

It uses the same lightweight Sable compatibility approach as Sable Door Compat, keeping the original door mod in control while preventing incompatible Sable/Rapier collision checks.

Modpacks

You are welcome to include Somake Door Compat in public or private modpacks.

Standalone redistribution, mirrors, re-uploads, modified releases and forks of Somake Door Compat are not permitted without written permission from xSxLabs.
