Above and beyond a backpack mod

In the astoundingly vast sea of portable storage options, I'll always recommend Sophisticated Backpacks, they make me feel like an adventuring nomad, provide an absurd utility even as a normal chest, and are more customizable than anyone asked for, with upgrades that go beyond your magnets and getting bigger, but liquid tanks, exp storage, and portable jukeboxes. Cannot recommend this mod enough.
If you're looking for something just to hold your ludicrous amounts of junk, I'd reccomend Dank Storage and Dank tanks, or Pocket storage.
