Soulrend Companion

Soulrend Companion is a client-side extension to Quasar Companion, designed for use on Craft Down Under as part of our official hosting partnership with Soulrend.

It adds a dedicated multiplayer selector that blends into Soulrend’s dark fantasy visuals, giving players a clear way to browse and join our official US, EU and AU servers. The regions are presented together as one connected cluster, where Craft Down Under’s server-side systems let you continue with the same character across regions.

Features

  • A Soulrend-themed official server selector when you open Multiplayer from the title screen, with a subtle Don’t show again preference if you prefer the normal server list. Reopen it using Official realms to turn the selector back on.
  • Linked region cards with availability, player counts and connection bars, plus automatic status refresh and a manual Refresh button.
  • A subtle last-played indicator and a quick way to return to your previous realm.
  • A Switch region option in the pause menu while playing on an official Soulrend server.
  • An Other servers button that takes you to the normal multiplayer screen, including your saved and third-party servers.

Intended use

This mod is intended for the official Soulrend client and Craft Down Under’s partnered servers. It is not recommended to add it to general clients or other modpacks: its purpose is simply to add alternate ways to browse the multiplayer menu and join the official Soulrend servers.

It adds no gameplay content. Cross-region character and progress synchronisation is provided by Craft Down Under’s servers.

Requirements

  • Minecraft 1.20.1
  • Forge 47.4.15 or newer within the 47.x series
  • Quasar Companion 1.0.7 (listed on CurseForge as Craft Down Under Client Companion)
  • Java 17

Install the JAR in the client’s mods folder alongside Quasar Companion. Soulrend v8.4 already includes Quasar Companion and its dependencies. This is a client-side mod.

Soulrend artwork and branding belong to Apotheotic Studios and their respective creators, and are included for this partnered extension.

Craft Down Under
