You like animals? You don't wanna kill them? Even in a game? This mod helps you avoid killing innocent animals in Minecraft.
Books are essential, so you need leather. You can barely obtain leather without killing animals in Minecraft Vanilla.
This mod makes zombies drop leather, skeletons drop feathers.
Advice:
I've also released "Spare The Animals" as data pack. The data pack has the advantage that it can be used without the need for a mod loader and can be run on Vanilla. The data pack can be found here.
