Break spawner with a netherite pickaxe drops a spawner fragment. You must get 4 before crafting a spawner. The recipe is:

A spawner must contain a spawn egg. Unfortunately, eggs can't be obtained in survival mode. Now you can craft 7 spawn eggs.
