Speakepie Hunger Mod changes Minecraft’s hunger into a more meal-based survival system.

Instead of constantly worrying about hunger draining in the usual way, eating food gives you a period of time before hunger starts dropping again. Better food keeps you going longer, making meals feel more meaningful and survival pacing a bit more natural.

When your hunger reaches zero, you won’t take starvation damage. Instead, you become slowed down, making low hunger dangerous without directly killing you. Eat again to recover and keep moving.

Good for players who want hunger to feel less like a constant drain and more like a timed survival mechanic built around proper meals.

The period of time before hunger starts dropping can be configured in the config file.
