This mod offers the following helper items:
Slime Food:This food offers high jump 2,absorption 1 and speed 1.
Survivor Meat:Which offers strength 1,regeneration 1 and speed 1.
SwimSwim:Offers water breathing,dolphins grace and night vision.
Shield Potion:which provides health boost 2 and resistance.
Wind Speed:grants speed 1,slow fall and jump boost 2.
Fresh:Grants invisibility,night vision and weaknees 2.
Miner Fruit:This food grants haste 2, night vision, Speed 1 and weakness.
Nether Meat:gives us fire resistance,health boost 2,speed 1 and hunger.
Golden Lemon:This lemon grants health boost 2, regeneration, absorption, instant health and slownees.
all can only be carried in stacks of 16.
