Klis Speedbar

Your XP bar becomes a speed bar. It fills up the faster you move and changes color as you go.

The mod is very simple. Any way of movement will be detected and shown. Going forward in any way will show positive colors, while going backwards will show negative colors. This mod is great for PVP and especially gamemodes like Sword, Axe, UHC, etc.

It checks where you actually are every tick instead of just checking if you're holding sprint.

Speed pots don't break it either. The bar scales with your walk speed so walking still looks like walking, whether you're on speed 1 or speed 20.

Settings

Get Mod Menu and Cloth Config if you want a settings screen. Otherwise just edit config/klis-speedbar.json, you can do it with the game open and it updates a second later.

The mod has premade color presets, examples: rainbow, classic, fire, ice, toxic, hotpink and mono, or even custom.

There are also premade bar shapes, examples: clean, chunky, blocks, fine and solid, and even a custom one too. And there are many other customizable settings like: brightness, size, position and smoothing.

Install

Currently only Fabric 1.21.11, Fabric API. Fully clientsided.

WARNING

The game puts the XP bar, the locator bar and the horse jump bar in the same slot, so taking one takes all three. Turn off "Replace the XP bar" if you want them back. XP still works normally, the level number is just hidden and you can turn it back on.
