Spellbound Fire Charges

I loved the new Amendments mechanic, but I also love Iron's Spells' Fireball design. They don't necessarily click together well though, by default.
This mod patches both Amendments' new Fire Charges and Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks Magic Fireballs to be less conflicting.

A quick summary:
- Replaced the Amendments fire charge renderer with ISS's fireball renderer, but made it smaller
- Combined both explosion particle systems seamlessly
- Prioritized Amendments' trail particles for both projectiles
- Made the explosion for ISS's fireballs cause fire when the spell griefing gamerule is on, just like how Amendments fire charges do when mob griefing is on
