Adds Spin as a new spec to JCraft 0.18.0+

USE "/spec about"!


This adds an entire new spec to JCraft with custom abilities! This doesn't replace ANY specs and is an addition to your JCraft!

This REQUIRES JCraft Additions 1.2.2 or above!

Spin is the power harnessed by Gyro Zepelli, Johnny Joestar, and others in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. 

Killer Queen: Alternate Universe was made for a couple reasons. Providing Killer Queen players an alternative version of him; fitting another playstyle. And secondly; a precursor to what KQAU would become. A precursor which is coming soon...

The new Spin spec can be obtained via "Saint's Right Eye" found in the "Devil's Pillar" (structure named "jcraft_additions:devils_pillar")
