New things added: The smelter and smelterfuel

In this mod, you can make steel, a better version of Iron
How do you make it? Look into the Advancement table, after you smelted some iron (Open it by pressing the key "L" on the default settings)
It should be all self explanatary, the advancements and the recipe book should guide you through
