This mod requires Fermion Lib!
This is a simple and quick patch that enables the usage of stencils in the Minecraft OpenGL rendering department.
This possibility existed in 1.12.2 and earlier versions, but was removed without a very clear reason. This mod brings back the original Forge patch, updated to the modern rendering engine, allowing other mods to use stencils without having to hook the framebuffer creation process themselves, increasing compatibility between mods.
NOTE: This mod may display erratic behavior or outright crash users of very old graphic cards, especially integrated ones, that don't support stencil buffers. Users can disable the patch by themselves in the configuration file located in FermionEnv/stencilshenanigans.asm/transformers if they encounter issues.
