Golden Stew:
Golden Stew, when eaten, will give you 6 food, 0.6 saturation, as well as 30 seconds of Absorption III and 10 seconds of Regeneration II.
Enchanted Golden Stew:
Eating Enchanted Golden Stew will give you 12 food, 1.6 saturation, 60 seconds of Absorption V, Resistance II, and Fire Resistance, and 30 seconds of Speed II and Regeneration III.
Shulker Bowl:
Crafting any type of stew with a Shulker Shell will pour the stew into the Shell, allowing you to store much more stew in a single bowl, and mix & match different stews with different effects.
Eligible stews are defined by the tag "#stewsup:stews".
