Stupid Eye Strain
A Minecraft Mod that sends you occasional reminders to take a break and look at something far away to avoid eye strain. By default, it follows the 20-20-20 rule, meaning 20 minutes of looking at the screen, followed by 20 minutes of looking at something far away, and then again, 20 minutes of looking at the screen. Those values are fully customizable though!
Commands
/break – Manually start a break
/stupideyestrain config – Open the configuration screen
/stupideyestrain enable/disable – Enable/Disable functionality
