Supernova's Mining Dimension

This mod simply adds a dimension with the purpose of automatic mineration, via Rftools builder or mekanism digital miner. Mining in the overworld, depending on the filters for the machines can make the world ugly, so this mod adds a dimension for mining. I allowed the default mob spawn settings because the intention is for that to be configured on a per modpack basis. To configure that i recommend the [InControl](https://modrinth.com/mod/in-control) mod.

Example on how to disable the mob spawn (config/incontrol/spawn.json):
