New drinking system
This mod adds a new drinking system; players must now consume water, which they first need to boil in a furnace or over a campfire. Water can be obtained from rivers or lakes. There are 5 different states for water, ranging from dirty and salty to purified.
New diseases and injuries
A player can break a leg or an arm, or suffer a bleeding injury; if a wound is not treated properly, it may become infected. Furthermore, an improper diet can lead to food or water poisoning, and a player exposed to adverse weather conditions may catch a cold.
Bleeding can be treated using a bandage and a disinfected bandage.
Heavy bleeding can be treated using a bandage and a disinfected bandage.
Exsanguination can be treated using a bandage and a disinfected bandage.

Broken leg or arm can be treated using splint.
Severe broken leg can be treated using splint and rest.
Food poisoning can be treated by mint infusion.
Water poisoning can be treated by herbal infusion.

Cold and fever can be treated by elderberry infusion.
Rabies can be treated by skullcap infusion. (NEW!)
Treatments
To combat diseases, players have access to various items: bandages, splints, and herbal infusions—the latter made from herbs that can now be found throughout the game world.
Bandages can be crafted using wool or a new crop, flax.
Infusions can be prepared using mint, chamomile, or elderberry, along with a new item: a mortar. Once the ingredients are ground into a powder, you can create a decoction by boiling two portions of the powder in a cauldron filled with water. The cauldron must be placed over a heat source, such as a campfire or in a new herbal cauldron. (NEW!)

Many things are still being planned, any bugs can be reported in the comments.
