A simple mod that allows server admins to visually replace player names in the client-side Tab list.

Requirements

Features & Commands

Server admins (permission level ≥ 2) can use the following commands to manage renaming rules. Rules are automatically synchronized to all online clients:

Command Description
/tabrenamer set <player selector> "<replacement text>" Set a renaming rule; supports & color codes
/tabrenamer remove <original name> Remove the renaming rule for a specific player
/tabrenamer list List all renaming rules
/tabrenamer clear Clear all renaming rules
/tabrenamer disable Disable server rule synchronization
/tabrenamer enable Enable server rule synchronization

Client-side features:

  • Toggle Tab list renaming via the Cloth Config / Mod Menu configuration panel
  • Supports multiple languages (Chinese / English)
