TapSprint

Use separate keyboard toggles for sprint and sneak, so you can keep moving without holding those keys down.

Controls

  • V: toggle sprint
  • B: toggle sneak
  • Rebind both shortcuts in Options → Controls

The current file appears as SmartSprint in Mod Menu and uses smartsprint.json for configuration. Its settings include hold-key override options for sprint and sneak.

Installation

Client-side Fabric mod. Choose a file marked for your Minecraft version. Requires Fabric Loader 0.17.2 or newer, Java 21, Fabric API, and YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL). Mod Menu is optional for opening settings.
