Overview

You are viewing the mod version of the Tasty Supplies data pack.

Tasty Supplies is vanilla plus datapack that add +90 new items including new foods, tools and workstations directly in Minecraft. You'll be able to prepare a wide variety of delicious dishes from cookies to kelp rolls and pies.

F.A.Q

  • Why use Tasty Supplies? Many other food mods and datapacks are already available. The advantage of Tasty Supplies is that it's a "vanilla+" datapack. If you don't want to deal with mods like Farmer's Delight, or if you want to play the latest versions of Minecraft, Tasty Supplies is a good alternative. Additionally, Tasty Supplies has many exclusive recipes that you won't find in other projects.
  • What are the limitations? Datapacks have many limitations today. The most important one is the addition of new items that can be used in recipes. Tasty Supplies overcomes this limitation by using rare items with few uses, such as banner patterns. However, there are other problems. All of these limitations are due to the absence of data-driven items for datapacks.
  • What are the differences between the datapack version and the modded version? They are the same versions. The modded version includes both the data pack and the resource pack. The modded version should be considered as a data pack.
  • Is the resource pack necessary? Yes, and for all players.
