# TechnoCraft

> A massive industrial & exploration mod for Minecraft Forge 1.20.1 that expands the world to **Y-1008**, packed with unique ore layers, sculk underworld, ancient ruins, guerrilla bases, and high-tech weaponry.

## ⛏️ Extended Deep World (Y0 → Y-1008)

The Overworld is no longer the limit. Dig deeper than ever before through eight distinct mining layers, each with its own ore distribution and atmosphere.

### Surface Guerrilla Bases
Procedurally-generated military outposts across the world.

- Spawn Guerrilla Soldiers, contain reward chests with early-game gear

### Tower Dungeons
Multi-floor stone towers with ladders, ranged-mob spawners, and a top-floor reward chest. Tactical climb required.

### Ancient City Ruins (Y-900 ~ Y-1005)
- Reinforced deepslate pillars rising from the sculk floor
- Soul lanterns, dark oak platforms, treasure chests
- **60% luxurious / 40% shabby chest mix** — variety keeps exploration exciting
- Sculk shriekers can summon the Warden — proceed with caution

### Other Ruins
Ruined Houses, Ruined End Portals, Ruined Nether Gateways scattered throughout the deep world.

## ⚔️ High-Tech Weapons & Tools

- **🔥 Flamethrower** — Long-range fire spray, gasoline-fueled
- **❄️ Ultra-Freezer** — Single-use device; instantly freezes a 30-block radius (deals 30 hearts of frost damage)
- **🚀 Jetpack** — Chest-slot armor, gasoline fuel, hold SPACE to fly. Comes with a custom GeckoLib animation.
- **🪂 Glider** — Auto-deploys mid-air when held in main hand. Slow descent + high horizontal speed. **Wall-jump support**: press SPACE while colliding with a wall to launch yourself in your look direction.
- **🪝 Hookshot** — Fires a 50-block black hook on a thin chain. When it hits a block, it reels you in. Auto-releases on collision or after 3 seconds.
- **📦 Lost Item Warp Device** — Sneak-right-click any chest to register it as your "death loot destination." When you die, your dropped items are automatically teleported into that chest. Lava deaths are no longer permanent losses.

- **🧊 Freezer** — Generates Blue Ice from water on demand
- **🔧 Weapon Workbench** — Custom multi-stage crafting GUI for all high-tech weapons. Browse recipes with arrow buttons, see real-time inventory checks.

## 🪨 Ores & Materials

- **Lithium Ore** + **Deepslate Lithium Ore** → Raw Lithium → Lithium Ingot → Lithium-Ion Battery
- **Ancient Iron Ore** (sculk world only) → Raw Ancient Iron → Ancient Iron Ingot. Old-school ore appearance with a mysterious origin.
- **Oil & Gasoline** — Custom liquid blocks transportable in buckets, used as fuel

## ✨ Enchantments

- **Bulk Mining** (custom) — Break entire ore veins in a single swing
- **Efficiency VI** and **Efficiency VII** — Beyond-vanilla mining speeds, available as treasure in ancient city chests

## 👤 Mobs

- **Guerrilla Soldier** — Human-like ranged hostile mob, armed with bow & arrow. Patrols guerrilla bases, towers, and ancient city ruins. Reuses the vanilla Pillager model with custom AI.

- **Forge** 1.20.1-47.x or newer
- **GeckoLib** 4.4.4 or newer (required for Jetpack animations)
- 4GB+ RAM recommended (deep world generation is intensive)

## 🎮 How to Get Started

1. Find an iron deposit (super-easy, super-abundant near surface)
2. Craft a Weapon Workbench (recipe in JEI/EMI)
3. Mine Lithium Ore around Y-200 ~ Y-500 to make batteries
4. Build an Electric Furnace and a Freezer
5. Craft your first Jetpack and Glider
6. Descend into the sculk underworld for Ancient Iron and treasure
7. Use the Lost Item Warp Device to never fear deep-cave deaths again

## ⚠️ Notes

- Naturally-spawning mobs in the Sculk Underworld are limited to the Warden. Use spawn eggs / spawners for other mobs in that layer.
- Existing chunks won't update with new generation — explore fresh chunks to see new structures.
- This mod is currently in **Alpha** — feedback and bug reports welcome!
