Description
Scales Tool's EP regeneration based on players EP or tool's max EP. The rate it regenerates is Base Regen + EP (or maxEP of item) / EP_Value (default = 100) in config. You can switch between using tool's max EP or player's EP in config. I made this so tools that have EP do not regenerate EP slowly and wait a long time to repair.
